Feature Restrictions¶

"Cause features" means any Platform feature that lets a user choose, display, or direct funds to a Cause, including: (a) choosing a Cause when launching a Token, whether a project listed on Giveth, a curated group of projects, or the Managed Fund; (b) sending a creator's own creator fee to a Cause; and (c) Token pages, labels, and listings that show a Token's Cause or Community Allocations. "Cause", "Community Allocations", and "Managed Fund" have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions (Sections 6.2 and 6.3).

Restricted Jurisdictions (no use of the Platform)¶

North Korea
The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions
Any other country, territory, or region that is subject to country-wide or region-wide sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council or Canada

Restricted Persons (no use of the Platform)¶

Any person or entity designated on the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List, the Consolidated Canadian Autonomous Sanctions List, or the list of entities established under the Criminal Code (Canada), or otherwise the subject or target of any sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council or Canada
Any entity owned or controlled by, or any person acting on behalf of or at the direction of, a person or entity described above
