Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Seek Uplift ("Seek Uplift", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information through the Seek Uplift mobile app, backend services, and related websites (the "Service"). Seek Uplift is an app for launching and trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. We do not hold or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrase.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Data Controller and Contact

Seek Uplift is the data controller of the personal data described in this Policy. "Personal data" means information that can identify a specific person. It does not include data that has been aggregated or anonymized so that no one can be identified.

Contact us at [email protected] or through the in-app support channel.

3. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers, such as your public wallet address, any email address you provide, details of accounts you link, device and installation identifiers, push notification tokens, and IP address.
  • Wallet and transaction information, such as token balances, transactions, and other activity through the Service.
  • Content you submit, such as launch content, posts, reports, and other material you submit, some of which is public.
  • Program information, such as participation, eligibility, and reward records for features you take part in.
  • Usage, device, and diagnostic information, such as app interactions, crash and bug reports (which may include screenshots), device and operating system details, and approximate location derived from your IP address and your device's region setting.
  • Communications, such as support and privacy requests and related correspondence.

We collect this information from you, from your device, from public blockchains, from third-party services you link to the Service, and from public sources (such as public profile details, including handles and karma, from social media accounts you link) and our service providers.

We do not have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrase, and we do not ask for government ID. Some features need certain information, such as a connected wallet; if you choose not to provide it, those features may not be available.

We rely on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the processing:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms, where your rights do not override those interests.
  • Consent: where we ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law and legal process.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and support the Service, including processing transactions and running features you take part in.
  • Moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the Service. We use automated tools, including AI models provided by third parties, to help with moderation, abuse prevention, and feature eligibility. These tools may, on their own, limit a launch, trade, or wallet, remove content, or decide reward eligibility, based on signals such as wallet activity, content, linked accounts, device data, and user reports. You can ask for human review and contest a decision by contacting [email protected].
  • Understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve the Service.
  • Communicate with you, including responding to requests and sending notifications you have enabled.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including sanctions and regional restrictions, and respond to lawful requests.
  • Enforce our terms and protect the rights, safety, and property of Seek Uplift, our users, and others.

We do not sell or share your personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

7. Analytics, Cookies, and Device Storage

We and our service providers use cookies, device and browser storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and, where enabled, provide analytics and crash reporting. We do not use them for advertising. Analytics and crash reporting start when you opt in, and you can turn them off at any time in the app's settings. Where the law allows, accepting this Policy counts as opting in. You can manage cookies, storage, and device permissions in your browser or device settings, though some features may then not work. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not let third parties track your activity across other sites or apps through the Service.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, such as providers of hosting, network security, analytics, crash reporting, bug and issue tracking, notifications, support, content moderation, sign-in and wallets, content storage, and data. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Blockchain networks and infrastructure providers, which process wallet addresses, transactions, and IP addresses. Transactions are public.
  • Third-party services you choose to use or link, such as wallet apps, social media platforms, app stores, and donation partners, which handle your data under their own policies.
  • Other users and the public, for content you choose to make public.
  • Authorities and others, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Seek Uplift, our users, or others.
  • A successor or acquirer, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy.
  • Our affiliates, for the purposes described in this Policy.

9. Blockchain and Network Permanence

Anything submitted to the Solana blockchain or IPFS-style networks, including transactions, wallet addresses, and launch content, is public, may be copied and analyzed by others, and generally cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else. Treat it as permanently public.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. In setting retention periods, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, why we process it, and legal requirements. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, but some records, such as sign-in, linked-account, notification, and content records, may be kept until you ask us to delete them. On-chain and IPFS data is outside our control.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the data we hold, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for your wallet's security. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Seek Uplift. We will never ask for them.

12. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including countries that may not offer the same level of data protection. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You may request more information by contacting [email protected].

13. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to ask for human review of certain automated decisions. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and the limits described in Section 9.

To make a request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming control of your wallet address. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not use sensitive personal data in ways that give rise to a right to limit its use.

14. Third-Party Services and Availability

The Service links to and relies on third parties we do not control, including other websites, apps, blockchains, and wallets. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and links are not endorsements.

15. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact [email protected] and we will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

16. Changes and Conflicts

We may update this Policy and will post changes in the app and on our website with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your privacy rights, we will also notify you in the app or by email. If you disagree with a change, stop using the Service.

If this Policy conflicts with our Terms and Conditions on a privacy matter, this Policy prevails.

17. Notice of Financial Incentive

Some programs may offer rewards for activity, such as launches, trades, or posting callouts, and may require you to connect a social media account so we can verify your posts. Connecting an account gives us its public profile details. The app shows the program terms and the data required before you join. Joining is optional, and you can withdraw at any time by unlinking the account in the app or by contacting [email protected], though you may then stop earning rewards. We estimate the value of this data as equal to the value of the rewards, based on what it costs us to provide them.
